Reflective Rivers Therapy & Consulting LLC uses text messaging (SMS/MMS) to communicate with clients and individuals who have requested information. Messages may include, but are not limited to:

  • Appointment reminders, confirmations, cancellations, or rescheduling

  • Responses to inquiries you initiate

  • Practice-related notifications (e.g., office hours, closures, availability)

  • Limited informational or educational messages related to services you have requested

Text messages are not used for unsolicited marketing.
