Hi, I’m Renée Rivers, the founder of Reflective Rivers Therapy & Consulting LLC. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and culturally responsive environment where individuals, families, and communities can heal, grow, and thrive.

I specialize in helping people navigate life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. My approach is compassionate, holistic, and tailored to your unique needs. Whether we’re working through emotional struggles, improving communication, or fostering personal growth, my goal is to empower you with the tools and strategies to overcome obstacles and achieve your goals.
As a trauma-informed therapist, I draw on evidence-based methods. I’m also passionate about working with teens and families, particularly those navigating complex systems like foster care, juvenile justice, or human trafficking recovery.
Outside of my professional life, my faith guides my purpose and passion for helping others. I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children, traveling, exploring local food, and creating meaningful memories with loved ones.
