At Reflective Rivers Therapy & Consulting LLC, we are committed to providing culturally responsive, holistic care that meets your mental health and wellness needs. Below is an outline of our rates, designed to reflect the value of our expertise, time, and specialized services.

We strive to make our fees as transparent as possible so you can make informed decisions about your care.

Rates

We offer a range of services tailored to meet the needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups:

• Intake Session:

  • Individual: $255

  • Couples: $325

• Individual Therapy (50-minute session): $175

  • For children under 10, a Play Therapy/Interactive Fee of $45 will be added to support interactive and play-based techniques designed for young children.

• Couples Therapy (50-minute session): $225

• Family Therapy (60-minute session): $225

• Group Therapy (90-minute session per participant): $90

• Coaching & Mentoring Programs for Teens:

  • Rates vary based on program length and intensity. Please contact us for more details.

• Corporate Workshops:

  • Half-day and full-day options available; please inquire for customized pricing.

Payment Options

We aim to make payment simple and flexible for our clients. We currently accept:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

• HSA/FSA Cards

• CashApp or PayPal (for specific services)

• Checks (accepted for select corporate services only)

Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified.

Insurance

At this time, Reflective Rivers Therapy & Consulting LLC does not accept insurance. However, we can provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

To determine if your plan covers out-of-network providers, you may want to ask your insurance carrier the following questions:

• Does my plan include out-of-network mental health benefits?

• What percentage of the session fee will be reimbursed?

• Is there a deductible, and if so, how much of it has been met?

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected events can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will result in a $50 fee.

Sliding Scale & Scholarships

We believe mental health care should be accessible to all who need it.

• A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for those experiencing financial hardship.

• Scholarships may also be available through our nonprofit partner, Mental Health in Action Incorporated, to support clients in accessing services.
